The project will address service members and their dependents? quality of life by identifying and prioritizing regional initiatives concerning transportation, public services, economic development, education, housing, health care and child care.

Enables the City of White Hall, in partnership with Pine Bluff Arsenal and the surrounding metropolitan area to assess off-post infrastructure systems, utilities, mass communication, and surface road access that are impacted by extreme weather events. These systems will be further tested through a tabletop exercise that will include representatives from the Arsenal, city, county, State and Federal partners. This planning effort enhances the lethality of the installation?s mission to support and sustain munition, chemical/biological defense and textile readiness of America?s Joint Warfighters.
