Resources the Office of the Governor of Guam with an Intergovernmental Special Assistant to facilitate coordination of all federal actions to include planning the necessary public infrastructure and services to support growth and mitigate DoD realignment impacts on the Island. The enhanced responsiveness contributes to DoD readiness in the Western Pacific, especially involving the Mariana Island Range Complex, which enables the Military Services to fulfill Title 10 obligations and is responsive to the emerging Pacific Deterrence Initiative. Enables the Jo-Carroll Depot Local Redevelopment Authority to sustain the management of redevelopment efforts at the former Savanna Army Depot to include submission of a redevelopment plan to the U.S. Army specifically for Parcel 20. Fiscal Year 2022 Award
OR	Umatilla Army Depot	Mission Realignment	$795,679.00
Enables the Columbia Development Authority, as it awaits transfer of ownership of acreage from the U.S. Army, to continue operating and sustain redevelopment planning, legal support, and environmental assessment efforts at the former Umatilla Army Depot. Fiscal Year 2020 Award
TN	Department of Defense	Statewide	$370,000.00
Enables the University of Tennessee Center for Industrial Services and the Tennessee Manufacturing Extension Partnership to identify 250 small and mid-sized defense firms, align them with cybersecurity resources to assess compliance and provide technical assistance to at least 8 companies to mitigate any compliance gaps. The project will also engage companies in conversations about how they could further modernize and diversify their business lines. This project stimulates cooperation between statewide and local adjustment efforts. Fiscal Year 2022 Award
PR	Naval Station Roosevelt Roads	Mission Realignment	$1,532,000.00
Enables the Local Redevelopment Authority for Roosevelt Roads, as it awaits transfer of ownership of acreage from the U.S. Navy, to sustain redevelopment activities at the former Naval Station Roosevelt Roads to include operations, maintenance, coordination of infrastructure and utility improvements, administration of piers, and management of leases. Fiscal Year 2020 Award
SD	Ellsworth Air Force Base	Growth	$1,532,638.00
Enables the City of Box Elder to plan and design community water, wastewater and other critical infrastructure projects. The planning and design elements will be used to enhance additional housing and commercial developments to address future needs associated with the deployment of the new B-21 Bomber (training and operational wings) to Ellsworth Air Force Base. ME	Department of Defense	Statewide	$740,664.00
Enables the Loring Development Authority and the State of Maine to lessen dependency on defense spending by implementing a robust Regional Economic Diversification strategy and economic sustainability plan for the Greater Limestone region. This project will result in the preparation of an Airport Master Plan for the reuse of the former U.S. Air Force aviation complex; an energy capacity and resiliency plan; and a workforce skills evaluation. Enables the Pueblo Depot Activity Development Authority, as it awaits transfer of ownership of acreage from the U.S. Army, to continue oversight associated with the redevelopment of the Pueblo Chemical Depot to include environmental support, Economic Development Conveyance negotiations, legal, audit, and records management services. CT	Department of Defense	Statewide	$1,500,000.00
The State of Connecticut convened the Connecticut Defense Manufacturing Community Consortium, a group of Connecticut-based defense manufacturing stakeholders, to catalyze the digital transformation of Connecticut defense manufacturing companies. The project will bring Model Based Definition technology to all defense prime vertical supply chains in an effort to transform the supply chain from a 2-dimensional design and manufacturing platform to a 3-dimensional platform. Enables the States of Missouri and Kansas to establish the National Security Crossroads, an effort focused on analyzing current and future workforce needs and natural and man-made threats in the aerospace and defense sectors.
