Enables the University of Tennessee Center for Industrial Services and the Tennessee Manufacturing Extension Partnership to identify 250 small and mid-sized defense firms, align them with cybersecurity resources to assess compliance and provide technical assistance to at least 8 companies to mitigate any compliance gaps. The project will also engage companies in conversations about how they could further modernize and diversify their business lines. This project stimulates cooperation between statewide and local adjustment efforts. Fiscal Year 2022 Award
SC	Department of Defense	Statewide	$363,759.00
Enables the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce to implement a program to assist defense firms in obtaining cyber security compliance. The objective is to educate and provide technical assistance to defense firms in achieving compliance with DoD's new Cyber security Maturity Model Certification published in 2020. The project leverages the South Carolina Department of Commerce, and the South Carolina Manufacturing Extension Partnership to engage small and mid-sized defense firms with resources to assess their compliance and provide follow up assistance on any identified gaps. This project stimulates cooperation between statewide and local adjustment efforts making the industrial base more resilient to cyber threats. Fiscal Year 2020 Award
MO	Department of Defense	Statewide	$638,046.00
Enables the States of Missouri and Kansas to establish the National Security Crossroads, an effort focused on analyzing current and future workforce needs and natural and man-made threats in the aerospace and defense sectors. This project stimulates cooperation between statewide and local adjustment and diversification efforts. Fiscal Year 2023 Award
CNMI	U.S. Pacific Air Forces	Growth	$950,000.00
Enables the Commonwealth Port Authority on the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands to plan the necessary public infrastructure and services to support growth. The project ensures capital improvement projects are planned, designed, and constructed as sound investments that proactively take into account the emerging transportation and cargo transshipment demands by the DoD assets to include that of critical U.S. Pacific Air Forces "Divert" activities and exercises. CO	Pueblo Chemical Depot	Statewide	$111,423.00
Enables the Pueblo Depot Activity Development Authority, as it awaits transfer of ownership of acreage from the U.S. Army, to continue oversight associated with the redevelopment of the Pueblo Chemical Depot to include environmental support, Economic Development Conveyance negotiations, legal, audit, and records management services. GU	Military Installations in Guam	Growth	$705,000.00
Resources the Office of the Governor of Guam with an Intergovernmental Special Assistant to facilitate coordination of all federal actions to include planning the necessary public infrastructure and services to support growth and mitigate DoD realignment impacts on the Island. The enhanced responsiveness contributes to DoD readiness in the Western Pacific, especially involving the Mariana Island Range Complex, which enables the Military Services to fulfill Title 10 obligations and is responsive to the emerging Pacific Deterrence Initiative. PR	Naval Station Roosevelt Roads	Mission Realignment	$1,532,000.00
Enables the Local Redevelopment Authority for Roosevelt Roads, as it awaits transfer of ownership of acreage from the U.S. Navy, to sustain redevelopment activities at the former Naval Station Roosevelt Roads to include operations, maintenance, coordination of infrastructure and utility improvements, administration of piers, and management of leases. Fiscal Year 2020 Award
PA	Willow Grove Naval Air Station	Mission Realignment	$380,885.00
Enables the Horsham Land Redevelopment Authority, as it awaits transfer of ownership of acreage from the U.S. Navy, to manage redevelopment activities at the former Willow Grove Naval Air Station to include oversight of master development planning to revitalize the site once polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) contamination and clean up concerns are resolved.
