Enables the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development to undertake a $2,656,877 project to replace the aged and obsolete SS646 electric substation which provides power for Naval missions at the Philadelphia Navy Yard Annex. This project supports the delivery of electricity to Navy capabilities essential for military security, mission readiness, and ongoing operations. Fiscal Year 2024 Award
CO	U. S.Air Force Academy	Defense Community Infrastructure Program	$5,348,798.00
Enables Colorado Springs Utilities to undertake a $7,641,140 project to remove several miles of existing overhead power lines between two substations on the U. S. Air Force Academy grounds and replace them with underground 34. 5 kV lines. This project will enhance the reliability of the primary electric power feed to the Academy, providing essential support to all aspects of the training and education mission. Fiscal Year 2024 Award

Enables the City of Moline to undertake a project to rehabilitate a critical bridge providing access to Rock Island Arsenal. Fiscal Year 2024 Award
ND	Grand Forks Air Force Base	Defense Community Infrastructure Program	$11,600,000.00
Enables Grand Forks County to undertake a project for the construction of a new fire station to improve installation readiness and response time at Grand Forks Air Force Base. This project will ensure the bases ability to respond adequately and swiftly to emergencies, protect valuable Department assets, maintain missions, and protect the well-being of base personnel. Enables the Jo-Carroll Depot Local Redevelopment Authority to sustain the management of redevelopment efforts at the former Savanna Army Depot to include submission of a redevelopment plan to the U.S. Army specifically for Parcel 20. Fiscal Year 2022 Award
PR	Naval Station Roosevelt Roads	Mission Realignment	$1,532,000.00
Enables the Local Redevelopment Authority for Roosevelt Roads, as it awaits transfer of ownership of acreage from the U.S. Navy, to sustain redevelopment activities at the former Naval Station Roosevelt Roads to include operations, maintenance, coordination of infrastructure and utility improvements, administration of piers, and management of leases. Fiscal Year 2020 Award
PA	Willow Grove Naval Air Station	Mission Realignment	$380,885.00
Enables the Horsham Land Redevelopment Authority, as it awaits transfer of ownership of acreage from the U.S. Navy, to manage redevelopment activities at the former Willow Grove Naval Air Station to include oversight of master development planning to revitalize the site once polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) contamination and clean up concerns are resolved. CO	Pueblo Chemical Depot	Mission Realignment	$969,642.00
Enables the Pueblo Depot Activity Development Authority, as it awaits transfer of ownership of acreage from the U.S. Army, to continue oversight associated with the redevelopment of the Pueblo Chemical Depot to include environmental support, Economic Development Conveyance negotiations, legal, audit, and records management services. Fiscal Year 2020 Award
CNMI	U.S. Pacific Air Forces	Growth	$950,000.00
Enables the Commonwealth Port Authority on the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands to plan the necessary public infrastructure and services to support growth. The project ensures capital improvement projects are planned, designed, and constructed as sound investments that proactively take into account the emerging transportation and cargo transshipment demands by the DoD assets to include that of critical U.S. Pacific Air Forces "Divert" activities and exercises.
