Enables the University of Massachusetts-Lowell, Massachusetts, to construct a classified operations center and sensitive compartmented information facility, benefitting Hanscom Air Force Base. The project will support Hanscom Air Force Base by providing mission-critical cyber integration and team space to enable collaboration between state and local governments and other stakeholders/partners to anticipate and respond to cyberattacks against critical infrastructure to ensure continuity of operations and mission assurance. Fort Devens Reserve Forces Training Area

Enables the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency, Massachusetts, to construct a new fire station and emergency response center in support of Fort Devens Reserve Forces Training Area. The project supports Fort Devens Reserve Forces Training Area by replacing an outdated fire station with a new facility that will improve emergency response to high-risk activities such as firing weapons, working with heavy vehicles and equipment, and helicopter training that take place on the installation. Enables Onslow County to reconstruct the longest paved runway in the county and aprons at the Albert J. Ellis Airport. The project will support Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, and Marine Corps Air Station New River by allowing military aircraft and charter aircraft to use the runway for mission readiness, deployment, and operational purposes. Minot Air Force Base

Enables the North Dakota Department of Transportation to construct new highway culvert improvements on U.S.-2 and U.S.-52, critical access routes to Minot Air Force Base. Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth

Enables the City of White Settlement, Texas to construct drainage improvements to protect the National Guard facility, existing residential properties, NAS JRB Fort Worth, and the adjacent Lockheed Martin facility from recurring storm water flooding issues. The entire White Settlement neighborhood is over 70-years old, has most of its original infrastructure, and has limited land area to accommodate drainage infrastructure. The project will allow collection of storm water that routinely floods local roadways to be directed to a nearby drainage channel. Fiscal Year 2022 Award
