FL	Naval Air Station Key West, Homestead Air Reserve Base, U.S. Army Garrison Miami, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center South Florida Measurement Facility.	Installation Readiness	$990,000.00
Enables the South Florida Regional Planning Council, in partnership with three counties and eight municipalities, to conduct a resilience study that analyzes risks to critical infrastructure due to flooding, extreme weather, and sea-level rise involving the surrounding localities that support the continued mission readiness of NAS Key West, Homestead ARB, U.S. Army Garrison Miami, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center South Florida Measurement Facility. FL	MacDill Air Force Base	Installation Readiness	$513,000.00
Enables the Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council, in partnership with the City of Tampa, to conduct a resilience study that analyzes energy, water, and waste water vulnerabilities; transportation limitations; as well as the impact on associated critical infrastructure and services with the goal to create an action plan that supports the continued mission readiness of MacDill AFB. Fiscal Year 2021 Award
MD	Naval Support Facility Indian Head	Installation Readiness	$360,000.00
Enables Charles County, in partnership with the University of Maryland and the Town of Indian Head, to conduct a resilience study that analyzes the impacts of extreme weather events on local critical infrastructure and services with the goal to create an action plan that supports the continued mission readiness of Naval Support Facility Indian Head. Fiscal Year 2021 Award
ND	Grand Forks Air Force Base	Installation Readiness	$250,000.00
Enables Grand Forks County to undertake a project for the construction of a new fire station to improve installation readiness and response time at Grand Forks Air Force Base. This project will ensure the bases ability to respond adequately and swiftly to emergencies, protect valuable Department assets, maintain missions, and protect the well-being of base personnel. OR	Naval Weapons Systems Training Facility Boardman and the Northwest Training Range Complex	Installation Readiness	$47,039.00
Enables the County of Wasco, in coordination with local jurisdictions, other stakeholders, and the State of Oregon, to conduct an alternative energy study with the intent to create an overlay zone of military airspace with established criteria and notification requirements involving applications for alternative energy project siting. The project supports the continued mission readiness of Naval Weapons Systems Training Facility Boardman and the Northwest Training Range Complex. Fiscal Year 2021 Award

Enables the Hampton Roads Planning District Commission to install a Regional Roadway Flooding Sensor Network that will provide real-time information on roadway flooding to commuters in order to avoid traffic congestion caused by flooded roads. This project will benefit the local military workforce by alerting them to the presence of flooding on roadways near the installations allowing alternative traffic routing to and from JB Langley-Eustis, JEB Little Creek-Fort Story, NAS Oceana, NS Norfolk, NSA Hampton Roads, NWS Yorktown, and Norfolk Naval Shipyard. Fiscal Year 2021 Award

Constructs drainage and grading features to resolve a long-standing and worsening erosion problem that impedes usage and improvements at Hampton's Air Power Park and Museum.
