Enables the Local Redevelopment Authority for Roosevelt Roads, as it awaits transfer of ownership of acreage from the U.S. Navy, to sustain redevelopment activities at the former Naval Station Roosevelt Roads. These activities include establishing a renewable energy micro-grid; planning for the redevelopment of the ferry terminal, waterfront district, and port control building; and initiating planning efforts for an aerospace industrial park. Enables the Horsham Land Redevelopment Authority, as it awaits transfer of ownership of acreage from the U.S. Navy, to manage redevelopment activities at the former Willow Grove Naval Air Station. These activities include preparation of a phased economic development conveyance application, a topographic survey of certain parcels located at the former base, and a conceptual design of roadway extensions which are part of the Redevelopment Plan for roadway and infrastructure improvements.
