VA	Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story and Naval Air Station Oceana	Defense Community Infrastructure Program	$8,007,388.00
Enables the City of Virginia Beach to undertake a project to support Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story and Naval Air Station Oceana to replace deteriorated infrastructure at the Creeds Law Enforcement Training Facility. The project enables a modern training environment for civilian and military police and Navy forces, enhancing operational readiness, training efficiency, and the ability to accommodate total force requirements. VA	Naval Station Norfolk	Defense Community Infrastructure Program	$2,369,284.00
Enables the City of Norfolk to construct stormwater management system improvements on a main access road to Naval Station Norfolk. The project will reduce flooding, directly impacting mission readiness by allowing for better military and civilian personnel access to support the installation mission. Fiscal Year 2023 Award
TX	Texas Army National Guard's Martindale Army Heliport Project	Defense Community Infrastructure Program	$643,300.00
Enables the City of San Antonio to reconstruct the Ackerman Road improvement at the Texas Army National Guard's Martindale Army Heliport Project (MAHP) from the IH-10 Frontage Road to the MAHP entrance gate. This project will enhance the installation readiness of MAHP by reducing the flooding that adversely impacts installation operations by ensuring safe and efficient access.
LA	Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base New Orleans	Defense Community Infrastructure Program	$13,725,400.00
Enables Plaquemines Parish Government to construct a joint multi-use facility in support of Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base New Orleans, providing a multi-agency emergency command center, an emergency provisions assembly staging and issuance point, and an early childhood healing and resiliency area. Fiscal Year 2023 Award
FL	Naval Air Station Whiting Field	Defense Community Infrastructure Program	$4,952,000.00
Enables the City of Pensacola to undertake a project to construct a parking apron at the Pensacola International Airport in support of Naval Air Station Pensacola and Naval Air Station Whiting Field. The project provides additional capacity for Navy training aircraft and promotes mission sustainment across several aviation-training platforms directly impacting readiness. Fiscal Year 2023 Award
GA	Moody Air Force Base	Defense Community Infrastructure Program	$861,025.00
Enables the Lowndes County Board of Commissioners to construct a water main connection to Moody Air Force Base from the County's public drinking water system. The project supports the installation by providing a redundant and more reliable water supply and will allow for adequate water capacity to service modern firefighting systems being incorporated by the Air Force to protect aircraft, facilities, and personnel. HI	Pohakuloa Training Area	Defense Community Infrastructure Program	$6,886,183.00
Enables the State of Hawaii's Department of Hawaiian Home Lands to construct an emergency operations facility along with the necessary road work and utility work in support of Pohakuloa Training Area and USAG Hawaii. The installation and surrounding areas on the Island of Hawaii are prone to wildfires, earthquakes, hurricanes, and volcanic eruptions. Located on the Waimea Homestead, the emergency operations center will increase the capacity for Army personnel, first responders, and community members to maximize resources and coordination when responding to emergency situations. Enables Bayview Water and Sewer District to renovate the Bayview water storage tank in support of Naval Station Everett. The project will improve readiness by providing additional capacity and ensuring the community and installation have a safe, reliable water supply. Fiscal Year 2023 Award
LA	Fort Johnson and the Joint Readiness Training Center	Defense Community Infrastructure Program	$4,930,000.00
Enables the City of Leesville to undertake a project to extend the current 3,807-foot runway at the City of Leesville Airport by 1,800 feet in support of Fort Johnson and the Joint Readiness Training Center. The project will provide the city additional capability while providing the Fort Johnson installation airfield redundancy and additional capabilities to execute the Joint Readiness Training Center and Fort Johnson missions.
