Enables the Gulf Regional Planning Commission to carry out select implementation recommendations from two separate prior studies involving Naval Construction Battalion Center Gulfport and Keesler Air Force Base which includes: establishing a Military Overlay Districts tool for zoning and land use controls that protect military operations; establishing secure flight corridors for unmanned aircraft systems; conducting a regional housing assessment in support of military personnel; and conducting a resiliency assessment that specifically benefits operations on Keesler Air Force Base in response to natural disaster. The School is ranked #31 on the Secretary of Defense's Public Schools on Military Installationspriority list and combines modernization and new construction for the seventh through twelfth grade facilities. Enables the Anne Arundel County Board of Education to address capacity and condition concerns at Meade High School on Fort Meade, Maryland. Meade High School is ranked as #30 on the Secretary of Defense's Public Schools on Military Installationspriority list and combines modernization and new construction.
