Enables the City of Abilene to implement prioritized recommendations from a recent compatible use study involving Dyess Air Force Base. The project focuses on zoning ordinances specific to accident potential zones; establishing a GIS database for use by all local governments; and developing outreach and educational materials related to height restrictions, noise contours, and potential impacts by wildlife. TX	Naval Air Station Fort Worth, Dallas Army Aviation Support Facility, Fort Wolters, Camp Maxey, and the Eagle Mountain Training Center	Installation Readiness	$431,075.00
Enables the North Central Texas Council of Governments to promote local planning and encroachment protection for the benefit of Naval Air Station Fort Worth, Dallas Army Aviation Support Facility, Fort Wolters, Camp Maxey, and the Eagle Mountain Training Center. The implementation effort focuses on the top priorities from the previous study to include addressing sound attenuation concerns; designating secure air space for unmanned aircraft systems; and providing relief of traffic congestion for base access. TX	State of Texas - Phase 2	Installation Readiness	$445,014.00
Enables the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service, on behalf of all Texas military installations, to complete a study that promotes compatible land uses, drafts state wind-related legislation, and reviews existing threatened and endangered species candidate listings. Information derived from the effort will be included in a web tool designed to facilitate early communication between industry, community, and military planners.
UT	Camp Williams	Installation Readiness	$350,768.00
Enables the Mountainland Association of Governments, in partnership with the Cities of Lehi, Saratoga Springs, Eagle Mountain, Herriman, Bluffdale, as well as Salt Lake County, Utah County, the Utah Department of Transportation, and the Department of Natural Resources to conduct a compatible use study to identify potential modifications to zoning that will result in compatible land uses to ensure the long-term viability of Camp Williams. VA	Military Installations in Virginia	Installation Readiness	$775,000.00
Enables the Commonwealth of Virginia to protect critical state-wide military training routes and ranges by providing energy developers a way to examine project viability and interact with military commands potentially impacted by a project well in advance. This project is intended to provide private companies with the information to inform their decision making before incurring the large expenses associated with land acquisition, permitting, and planning. WA	Naval Base Kitsap	Installation Readiness	$675,000.00
Enables the City of Bremerton, Washington, to undertake a $7,988,000 project to replace a sewer force main as part of the City's wastewater treatment facility in support of Naval Base Kitsap. The project will support critical military missions, ensuring the reliability of infrastructure supporting the local missions. Fiscal Year 2024 Award

Enables the City of Ridgecrest to complete a resilience study that analyzes energy and water vulnerabilities; transportation limitations; aging infrastructure; extreme weather; and a chronically overdrawn water table with the goal to create an action plan involving surrounding localities that support the continued mission readiness of Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake. Fiscal Year 2020 Award
CA	Naval Base San Diego, Naval Base Coronado, and Naval Base Point Loma	Installation Readiness	$791,983.00
Enables the San Diego Association of Governments to assist the Central Mobility Hub with a regional data sharing framework study focusing on collaboration between local jurisdictions and Naval Bases San Diego, Coronado, and Point Loma. Assesses vulnerabilities such as sea level rise, wildfires, and transportation systems to include potential impacts on mission readiness and mitigation strategies to address these vulnerabilities. MA	Joint Base Cape Cod	Installation Readiness	$450,000.00
Enables Barnstable County to conduct a study to investigate utility infrastructure challenges including water, wastewater, and energy as well as associated weather vulnerabilities with the goal to identify recommendations for addressing long standing capital improvement and operating cost concerns with installation owned services on Joint Base Cape Cod. Enables the City of Annapolis to conduct a resilience study and develop strategies for responding to extreme weather events such as storm surge and flooding that impact the military mission on Naval Support Activity Annapolis and the local infrastructure that supports the Academy.
